Getting an order delivered

Delivery is available only within Canada. All ten provinces and three territories are covered by free Standard Shipping, with a CAD 0 charge and no order-value threshold. There is currently no international shipping.

Expect normal processing of 1–2 business days and estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch. The usual combined estimate is 5–8 business days. Weekends and applicable public holidays are excluded, and disruption may change these estimates.

Finding tracking or correcting an order

Available tracking is sent after dispatch using the order contact details. The first scan may appear later. For missing dispatch information or a stalled record, contact support@aloyogazpt.shop with the order reference. For an address correction or cancellation, write promptly; we will explain what is still possible at the actual fulfilment stage.

The return window and item condition

You can ask for an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind, keep the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, and have the order reference or purchase evidence. Ask for approval and instructions before posting the item. A requested replacement depends on availability.

Return costs and destinations

We pay the shipping for approved eligible returns and exchanges by providing a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement. No restocking fee is charged. The destination comes with the return instructions for your order; do not assume the published business contact address is the return address.

Refunds or goods with a problem

After a returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. A financial institution may take further time to show it. For damage, a defect, a wrong item, missing contents or a mismatch with the description, contact support@aloyogazpt.shop and provide order information and helpful photos. We will assess an appropriate remedy, without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

Cards, taxes and the checkout total

The store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover through its configured third-party payment arrangement. The final CAD checkout total shows applicable taxes and discounts. Standard Shipping is free within Canada. The current domestic-only service has no international shipping option.

For a pending or repeated payment, check whether an order was created and contact us with a limited reference. Never email full card details, a security code or password.
