Who to contact about your information

This notice applies to shopping and support at aloyogazpt, including its Shopify storefront at aloyogazpt.shop. Please send privacy questions, access requests or concerns to support@aloyogazpt.shop. You can also telephone 6045613298 or write to the business contact address, 5215 45 St, Barrhead, Alberta, T7N 1J1, Canada.

Records provided by you and generated during use

An order or support request can give us a customer name, delivery and billing details, email, telephone number, purchase history and messages. Account functions and a voluntary communications subscription can provide further details needed for those services. Return requests may include purchase evidence and photographs supplied to explain the issue.

The commerce platform can generate browser and device details, IP addresses, session identifiers, cookie data, page activity and transaction/security records. Payments are handled by checkout and the configured payment services. Limited payment references, status and card-brand details may be available for order administration. Please do not send a full payment-card number or security code in an email.

Purposes of handling information

Information supports delivery of the store service: recording and completing orders, responding to customers, administering accounts, checking payment status, fulfilling deliveries, handling returns and maintaining required business records. Relevant activity and security information also helps prevent fraud and maintain the service. Optional measurement or promotion, when used, is subject to applicable permissions and consent.

If you choose store marketing messages, you may unsubscribe through the message or ask us to stop them. Order confirmations, support replies and other communications needed for an existing transaction may still be sent. Let us know if you wish to withdraw consent for an optional purpose so we can explain the effect and any applicable limitation.

Organizations involved in providing the service

Shopify supplies the platform for storefront and checkout functions. Configured payment and delivery services receive the details relevant to their tasks. Hosting, messaging, security or other operational services may also handle information needed for those functions. If additional analytics or advertising is used, its information handling is subject to the applicable choices and consent requirements.

We may provide information to meet a legal duty, respond to a lawful request, investigate fraud or protect rights. A lawful transfer of business may also involve relevant business records. These uses are considered against the purpose and applicable obligations, rather than an unrestricted disclosure of customer information.

Cookie controls and optional choices

Session, cart, checkout, safety and preference functions may use cookies or similar storage. Other tools may use similar technologies for measuring activity. Your browser lets you inspect, remove or restrict cookies. A restriction may disrupt functions such as sign-in, retaining a cart or completing checkout.

Follow any additional privacy choices that are actually displayed in the storefront. You can contact us to ask which optional tools are in use or how to raise an objection to an optional purpose. This policy should be read together with the controls you see in the service, rather than as a promise that a specific banner or automatic browser-signal system is available.

Storage periods and security

A record is kept for the time reasonably required by its purpose and relevant obligations. Orders, accounting and tax records, service complaints, returns, security issues and disputes can have different retention needs. A deletion request does not necessarily remove information still required for those purposes.

Appropriate safeguards are used for the type of information and service. Nevertheless, online transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Protect your account credentials and contact the store if you believe information or account access has been misused.

Processing location, rights and children

Providers can store or process information beyond Alberta or outside Canada. Local laws in the place of processing may permit lawful access. Applicable Canadian and provincial privacy requirements are considered for the store’s activities, including cross-border information flows.

Depending on applicable law, you may seek access or correction, challenge a use, request deletion or withdraw a consent. We may need reasonable identity verification. If a request cannot be fully completed because a legal or operational obligation applies, we will explain the limitation. The store is for people who can lawfully make purchases, with parental or guardian involvement where needed. Contact us if a child has independently supplied personal information. Updates to this notice will appear here.
