Shopping and account responsibilities

When using aloyogazpt, supply truthful customer and order details and keep your account access confidential. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian. The information presented before an order

Review the product description, photographs, sizing and selected options before checkout. Screens can display colours differently. Product prices and final order amounts are in Canadian dollars. The checkout calculation shows applicable discounts and taxes, along with free Standard Shipping for Canada.

Availability shown in the catalogue does not itself guarantee immediate dispatch. An acknowledgment means an order request has been received. Fulfilment may require availability, address or security checks. If an error or another legitimate issue means we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you regarding correction, cancellation or an appropriate remedy. Payment received for a cancelled order is handled through the original payment method; we do not retain it without supplying the order or the remedy owed.

Changes or cancellation requests should be made promptly, and the fulfilment stage determines the options available.
